The short version: Offload uses your information to run your account and prepare your listings. We do not sell your personal information. You can delete your account and saved item data from your profile.
We collect your email address, a securely hashed version of your password, item photos and voice or text notes you submit, generated and edited listing data, selected marketplace and seller preferences, posting status, and account activity needed to operate the service. If you arrive through a campaign link, we count one first-touch visit for that signed session using bounded source, medium, campaign, content, and landing-page labels plus a random opaque visit ID. When an approved directory removes campaign parameters from its outbound link, we may map that site's exact HTTPS referrer host to the same bounded labels; we do not retain the referrer URL. We do not store an IP address or user-agent string with that visit, use those labels to fingerprint you, or build a cross-site profile. If you create an account, we retain the bounded campaign labels so we can tell which distribution efforts produced a signup. We never store your password as readable text.
We use this information to authenticate you, analyze item photos and notes, prepare listing drafts, save your inventory, support marketplace handoffs, track plan access, prevent abuse, send service and welcome messages, provide support, and improve reliability.
Item photos and the notes you provide may be sent to an AI provider, currently Anthropic, to identify visible item details and prepare listing suggestions. AI output can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing identification, condition, pricing, category, policy, and description fields before posting.
Offload relies on service providers to operate the product. These include Railway for hosting, Supabase for database and image storage, Anthropic for AI analysis, Lemon Squeezy for checkout and billing, and configured email providers such as Resend, MailerSend, SendGrid, or MailerLite. These providers process information only for the services they supply and are governed by their own privacy terms.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Offload receives customer, order, subscription, plan, and payment-status identifiers needed to provide access, but does not receive or store your complete card number.
If you connect eBay, Offload stores encrypted authorization tokens and the seller configuration required to prepare and publish listings you explicitly approve. Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, and the other listed marketplaces use manual or copy-and-paste handoffs; Offload does not ask for or store those marketplace passwords.
Offload uses an essential signed session cookie to keep you signed in, protect account actions, and avoid counting the same campaign landing repeatedly during one session. We use secure password hashing, encrypted marketplace tokens, request-forgery protection, rate limiting, and transport security. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Account, item, and image data are retained while your account is active so you can return to your cleanout or inventory. You can permanently delete your account from Profile. The deletion flow removes saved item records and images, revokes the stored eBay connection when possible, removes the email subscriber record when configured, and cancels an active subscription when possible. Limited billing, security, or transaction records may remain with service providers when required for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, or law.
You may review and edit listing data inside Offload, export your inventory as CSV, disconnect marketplace access where available, manage a subscription through the billing portal, or delete your account. For an access, correction, or deletion question that cannot be handled in the product, contact us.
Offload is not directed to children under 13. Do not create an account if you are under 13.
