Offload collects the email address and password you provide at registration, item photos you upload for analysis, and listing data you create (titles, descriptions, prices). We do not sell your data.
Your photos are sent to our AI analysis provider and then stored in secure image storage. Listing data is stored in our database so you can access it across visits. Your email is used only for account authentication and optional notifications you opt into.
We use trusted service providers for AI analysis, database storage, image storage, hosting, payments, and email. Each has its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data or share it with unrelated parties.
Your account and item data are retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion by emailing us.
