What is Offload?
Offload is a household cleanout assistant. It turns item photos and your notes into organized listing drafts for eight secondhand marketplaces, then helps you track what is posted and sold.
Does Offload post directly to marketplaces?
After you connect eBay and approve a listing preview, Offload can publish through eBay's API. For other marketplaces, Offload prepares ready-to-paste packages. Facebook Marketplace and OfferUp remain manual handoffs.
How does Offload suggest a price?
The suggested price is a starting point based on the visible item details and the information you provide. Review it against the item's condition, local demand, and comparable listings before posting.
What happens after the 30-day Purge Pass ends?
Your Purge Pass does not renew. Your account returns to the free tier. Your saved items remain in your account, subject to the retention terms in the Privacy Policy.
Does Offload handle buyers or payments?
No. Buyer conversations, marketplace payments, shipping, pickup, returns, and disputes remain between you, the buyer, and the marketplace.
