Offload prepares and organizes secondhand listing drafts. You remain responsible for reviewing the item facts and for every marketplace listing, buyer interaction, payment, shipment, pickup, return, and dispute.
Offload is a household cleanout and listing-assistance service. It does not buy or broker your items, act as a marketplace, handle the buyer's payment to you, guarantee a sale, or guarantee any suggested price or item identification.
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. Provide accurate account information, use one account per person, and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
You retain ownership of the photos, notes, and listing content you provide. You grant Offload the limited permission needed to store, process, transform, and transmit that content to operate the service. You must have the right to use the content and to sell each item.
Titles, descriptions, condition assessments, categories, attributes, and prices are suggestions. Review and correct them before posting. Do not rely on Offload to authenticate an item, identify a safety issue, determine legal ownership, provide a professional appraisal, or make a binding statement about condition or value.
Marketplace use is also governed by that marketplace's terms and seller policies. Offload can publish to a connected eBay account only after you approve the listing preview. Other platforms use ready-to-paste or manual handoffs. You are responsible for verifying that every published listing is accurate and allowed.
Do not use Offload for stolen, counterfeit, recalled, unsafe, regulated, illegal, or marketplace-prohibited goods; to violate intellectual-property or privacy rights; to mislead buyers; to interfere with the service; or to access another person's account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Free plan includes the item limit shown at signup. Purge Pass is a one-time payment for 30 days of full access and does not automatically renew. Stash is a recurring monthly subscription until cancelled. Prices and included features are shown before checkout. Lemon Squeezy processes purchases as the payment provider and merchant of record.
You can manage or cancel a Stash subscription through the billing portal linked from your Offload profile. The portal shows the effective cancellation date. Refund requests are handled under the policy shown during Lemon Squeezy checkout and any rights required by applicable law. Contact hello@offloadnow.app if a billing issue cannot be resolved through the portal.
You can permanently delete your account from Profile. Account deletion removes saved Offload data as described in the Privacy Policy and attempts to cancel any active subscription. Deletion cannot undo marketplace posts, sales, messages, or records held by third parties.
Offload is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change when marketplaces, APIs, AI providers, or operational requirements change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or continued support for a particular marketplace.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Offload is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service, failed or disputed sales, inaccurate AI output, marketplace enforcement, buyer conduct, shipping, pickup, or third-party service interruptions.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted with a new revision date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
